Not at all. Our Little Dragons programme is designed specifically for ages 3–6. The classes are playful, structured, and age-appropriate, helping children grow in confidence, coordination and listening skills.
Yes. Safety is our highest priority. All instructors are DBS-checked, safeguarding certified, and experienced in early-years coaching. The environment is controlled, positive and fully supervised.
Your child will develop balance, coordination, focus, confidence, discipline, respect and early martial arts skills. We use simple drills, exciting challenges and mini-games to keep learning fun and rewarding.
Yes. Parents are welcome to stay, observe, and support from the sidelines. Young children often feel more comfortable when a parent is nearby.
Just comfortable clothes suitable for movement. Once your child joins the programme, they’ll receive a uniform as part of their membership.
Yes. We welcome children of all abilities. Our instructors have SEN awareness training and adapt activities to suit individual needs wherever possible.
Absolutely. Many Little Dragons begin shy or nervous. Our structure gently encourages participation, allowing children to settle at their own pace. Confidence grows quickly with praise, routine, and fun challenges.
Little Dragons classes run for 45 minutes, the ideal duration for early-years focus, engagement and energy levels.
No. Little Dragons do not spar. Training is non-contact, focusing on movement, coordination, balance and safe early-years martial arts skills.
Children progress through fun, achievable steps designed to build pride and motivation. Gradings occur three times a year and are always age-appropriate and encouraging.
