Designed for all ages and abilities, the Family Class blends traditional Tang Soo Do with modern coaching to bring out the very best in every member of your household.
Adults gain fitness, focus, and practical self-defence… while children develop confidence, discipline, and resilience. And because you train together, those values follow you home.

Every session includes real martial arts skills:

What ages can join the Family Class?

Our Family Class is designed for children, teens and adults, allowing whole families to train side-by-side.

Do I need experience to join?

Not at all. Beginners are welcome, and families of mixed abilities train safely together.

Can parents train even if their children are nervous beginners?

Yes. Many children gain confidence faster when they see their parents training with them.

What benefits does training as a family provide?

What should we wear to our first class?

Comfortable gym clothes. We’ll provide everything you need until you’re ready for your first uniform.
